Teachers' Christmas Goodies

My girls really enjoyed writing Christmas cards for their teachers this year. I'm so proud of the older girl, cuz somehow, she taught herself how to read! Okok I guess most of the credit has to go to her teachers, cuz I didn't do anything at all! (She's only 5!!) The little one loves colouring and she's an expert with scissors.

Anyway, to wish their teachers a Happy Holidays and thank them for all their hard work this year, we prepared Gingerbread man cookie favours and some macaron gift boxes, featuring dark chocolate ganache, lemon meringue and festive candy cane macarons! Merry Christmas to all the teachers out there! You guys and gals are doing an awesome job. Keep up the good work!
