Colourful Sugar-rolled Cake Pops

Yes, yet another post on cake pops! They are fun to have at parties cuz you don't need a fork to eat them. No muss, no fuss! Plus, they are the perfect size for little kiddies. Here are a bunch of colourful cake pops made of chocolate cake, crumbled and swirled with chocolate buttercream. Do check out my cake pop basics page for detailed instructions on how to make these!

Sugar-rolled Cake Pops

These cake pops were dipped in melted dark chocolate and rolled in red, green and blue sanding sugar before the chocolate dried. You gotta be fast with this step because the chocolate dries hard in under 30 seconds, since the cake pops are cold from the freezer!

My daughter couldn't resist taking a bite!
