Here's a fun assortment of cake pops that would be perfect for any pink-themed party...princess, barbie, Hello Kitty, baby shower, baptism or even Easter! The cake pops are made of orange chocolate chunk cake, crumbled and swirled with dark chocolate ganache. Please check out my cake pops basics page for more tips on how to make cake pops.

The cake pops are dipped in pink strawberry candy melts (no problems with the dipping consistency this time because it was a different brand, not Wilton!) and rolled in an assortment of sprinkles (pink sanding sugar, pink rice sprinkles and pastel-coloured nonpareils). I like the added "crunchy" texture that the sprinkles add to the cake pop.
