The cake pops are chocolate cake, swirled with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and dipped in white chocolate. Before the chocolate coating fully set, I sprinkled each cake pop with multi-coloured nonpareils sprinkles, making sure to get it all over the entire surface. If you don't work quickly enough, the chocolate will set and the sprinkles won't stick, leaving you with "bald" patches on your cake pops!
