This pink ombre cake was suppose to be a smash cake for a little girl's first birthday, but her mummy decided to make it her actual day birthday cake instead. It was suppose to only be 5" in size (nice size for baby to smash), but I made it an inch bigger, just for fun :D

The cake is three layers of carrot cake with walnuts (with crushed pineapples to make it nice and moist!), filled with cream cheese Swiss meringue buttercream, and decorated with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream roses, in four shades of pink! Happy 1st Birthday, little lady!
