Gingerbread Snowmen

For my kids' teachers, I made a bunch of gingerbread snowmen, using a cute little snowman cookie cutter that my son got from Haspa bank back when we were still in Germany.

I used royal icing to decorate the snowman, except for his nose, which was an orange Choco Minis candy & his buttons, which were silver dragees. 

Snowmen Cookie Cards!

I got the kids to hand-make Christmas cards for their teachers, filling the cards with their crazy drawings and handwriting. I lightly iced the cookies onto the cards so that the teachers could easily rip them off and gobble them up!
