Pink & White Vanilla Cupcakes

Here are some plain vanilla cupcakes simply decorated with a swirl of pink vanilla French buttercream for a little girl having a pink and white themed birthday party. I added a few pink pearls and some white chocolate chips on top for some texture. I used Americolor electric pink to dye the buttercream.

I'm not really a vanilla person. I find the flavour a little boring, but I guess it's good for kids! Can't go wrong with vanilla. Apologies for the poor lighting in the pics, yet again!
